Jamboree Heights QLD 4074

Why Jamboree Heights?

Jamboree Heights is a south-western suburb of Brisbane located approximately 14 radial kilometres from the CBD, bordered by Middle Park to its west and Sinnamon Park to its east. The suburb offers a more affordable price point compared to other Centenary suburbs and is therefore a popular choice for many young families looking to enter the property market.  As the name would suggest, certain parts of the suburb are quite elevated, offering residents pleasant views of the surrounding district. The eastern portion of the suburb adjoins the Centenary Motorway, providing residents an easy commute over to the inner-western suburbs (such as Indooroopilly), or connection onto the Ipswich Motorway.

The northern most part of the suburb adjoins the Mount Ommaney Shopping Centre which contains big-box stores, fashion boutiques, supermarkets, food courts and children’s play areas.  There is also a smaller group shops on Guide St which contains a café and a handful of other small businesses.
