Belrose NSW 2085

Why Belrose?

Belrose is part of Sydney’s Northern Beaches region, located just 19km North of Sydney CBD.The name ‘Belrose’ is a combination of two flowers; the Christmas Bell and the Bush Rose, both of which used to be prolific in the area.

Featuring tree-lined streets, with a mix of old and newly constructed houses set amongst the lush backdrop of Garigal National Park, Belrose offers a quiet, peaceful suburban environment, with Glenrose Shopping Centre, Glenrose Theatre and Library, Lionel Watts playing fields and dog park, and a myriad of small reserves and parks at your fingertips. And it is all within 15 minutes of the spectacular coastline of Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Wakehurst Parkway intersection and Warringah Road make it easily accessible from two major arterial roads and good bus services make it easily accessible from Chatswood, Sydney’s CBD, North Sydney, Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore with regular routes.

Austlink Business Park, located on the boundary with Terrey Hills, is a handy addition to the area, featuring a wide range of commercial & industrial businesses, as well as a home centre and Bunnings frequented by the locals.

The NSW Government is committed to delivering the Beaches Link, connecting the Lower North Shore with the Northern Beaches. More information on this project can be found here.
