Heading up the new office is John Frame, a local property and finance expert with over 20 years of experience. John has a strong track record in mortgage broking, commercial funding, and residential property. Reflecting on joining PMC, John says he knew Co-Founders James and Will from his time running a finance brokerage for 19 years. “I had clients I referred to James and Will back then, and I always received great feedback about the service they delivered. Joining PMC was a natural progression for me,” he explains.
John’s extensive experience in finance and property gives him valuable insights to guide clients effectively. “What I really like about PMC is their ‘trusted advisor’ approach. They deal with clients professionally and consistently report back, it’s hard to find that kind of service,” he says. Beyond his professional expertise, John is also deeply involved in the community, supporting the Noosa Surf Life Saving Club, and is passionate about helping clients find the right home in the Sunshine Coast’s beautiful surroundings.

Co-Founder & Director James Freudigmann adds that John will be instrumental in growing the Sunshine Coast team. “John brings a wealth of experience in residential and commercial property. Many clients, whether coming from Brisbane, Sydney or making the move up from Melbourne, are looking for lifestyle or holiday homes up the coast, and that’s where John excels. Over time, we’ll expand the team to having multiple local area specialists on the coast and ensure we provide deep local knowledge and exceptional service to every client.”
