A Successful Investment:

The brief was to search for a small 2 bedroom or good-sized 1 bedroom unit. Choice was limited, however a property was sourced in an inner western suburb of Newcastle, close to a major hospital with easy road and transport access to the city and all major amenities. The building had art deco features, and had been partly refurbished internally, with the opportunity for further improvement later. There was a good tenant in place who wanted to remain.
