This was our client’s first investment property. They were quite anxious about making their first purchase so we took our time guiding them through the entire search and contract process. During the negotiation period, there was an offer that was accepted on the property for $9,000 higher than our last and final offer. This purchaser ended up pulling out of the purchase so the agent contacted us to see if we would still be interested in securing the property. We then re-negotiated on the property and secured the property $3,000 below our previous highest offer and $13,000 below the previous offer they had accepted on the property.

This was a great outcome for our client. They have now secured a low maintenance, set and forget property within 7km of the Newcastle CBD.
