A Successful Investment:

This was the first investment purchase for the client, and his approach was conservative. The budget suited a property slightly west of the coast, and a property was sourced in an attractive street in a very good pocket of a large western suburb of Newcastle. It had been listed for a few weeks and the price guide had reduced, due to what appeared to be high vendor expectations. We made a very conservative offer, which was accepted on the condition exchange of contracts occurred before the end of the financial year. As our client was ready to proceed, we were able to meet this condition and our client secured a property at very good value.
