Our busy interstate investor was looking for a well performing, ‘set and forget’ asset with growth potential. This high set brick home sitting on 560m2 of land was a great fit. They sought our advice on cosmetic renovations and we assisted them with arrangements so the works could commence straight after settlement. We managed all of the trades to complete an internal paint, carpet removal, floorboard polish and replacement window coverings, fans and air conditioning units. The property is now rented in the family friendly pocket of Virginia and our investor is thrilled with the outcome.
