A Successful Home Purchase:
Living remotely and looking to purchase their ‘forever’ home for when they do relocate to Brisbane in the coming years, our clients engaged PMC with a specific brief of finding a large character home in the inner western suburbs of Taringa, Toowong or Indooroopilly with room for their future children, a large shed and a ‘bushland feel’. After a few short weeks, we identified a suitable opportunity adjoining a park and bushland reserve, so we moved quickly. The purchase price negotiations continued over the course of a public holiday and the contract was executed the evening before formal market launch, allowing our clients to officially call the home their own. We then arranged quotes for internal painting on behalf of our clients, as an immediate ‘value add’ and to ensure the property is appealing for tenants, until our clients can move into it themselves.
