The client wanted to secure a property that would provide minimal ongoing maintenance. We secured the property off-market and were able to negotiate for an additional 12 month lease prior to settlement meaning that the property would be set and forget for over 12 months. In addition to this, we had the vendors complete some minor plumbing works to save our client the minor maintenance items.
