Location: Sherwood is one of Brisbane’s most affluent locations, having a large percentage of owner occupiers and families.  Sherwood benefits from having two modes of public transport, bus & train as well as having a large precinct of shops & amenities.  Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is only a 10 minute drive away as well as the CBD in 20-25 minutes. 

THE CLIENT OUTCOME – A SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE

The clients were a young family living locally in Brisbane. They had been searching themselves for quite some time prior to engaging our services. Post many months of searching for family homes that weren’t 100% right, we altered the brief to also include properties which they could knock down and then re-build exactly the way they wanted. After a total of 12 months searching we secured them a knock down re-build which we secured for less money than other offers they had due to having strong negotiation tactics. The search process was a long one however not one that we never thought we couldn’t achieve. The clients were over the moon when we told them the news that they had finally purchased a property and they began works with their nominated builder straight away.

James and Dimitri are a friendly and professional team who are easy to communicate with, prompt and very patient given our specific brief. They have a lot of experience and are experts in the field so they have given us a lot of practical advice along the way, even offering advice on potentially renovating our current home.

When we did find the right property we were most impressed with the way they led the negotiations. If it wasn’t for Dimitri I don’t think we would have secured our dream property, he had the skill and understanding of what was required to make our offer more desirable. Dimitri made the process post contract signing seamless and stress free by liaising with all parties including Real Estate Agents and Solicitors on our behalf.
