A Successful Investment:

The clients had searched for a very long time (over 2 years) for a principle place of residence so were quite conservative investors.  They had decided to purchase within their SMSF and engaged PMC to assist.  We inspected a number of properties before presenting this opportunity that was going to auction in 5 weeks.  The property provided an opportunity to be close to the beach which they didn’t expect to get within their budget.  We suggested securing the property prior to auction given the campaign had so long to run.  They proceeded and with PMC’s guidance were very pleased with the outcome in terms of both price and especially the property itself.  The property will achieve a rental yield in excess of 4.6% which for an SMSF is an excellent outcome.
