This strategy paid off, presenting a freestanding home that was struggling during its auction campaign. Unperturbed by a brand new state of the art primary school development adjoining the home due for completion in 2019 and in need of a modern makeover we purchased the home prior to auction, below auction guide and under client’s budget in their dream suburb of Russell Lea, Sydney.
