With predominantly only secondary suburbs offering limited options for properties within our client’s budget and brief, we leveraged the current shift in the market, monitoring key matched properties slightly above their guide in the anticipation of poor campaign or auction performance. This strategy paid off, presenting a freestanding home that was struggling during its auction campaign. Unperturbed by a brand new state of the art primary school development adjoining the home due for completion in 2019 and in need of a modern makeover we purchased the home prior to auction, below auction guide and under client’s budget in their dream suburb of Russell Lea, Sydney.
