A Successful Investment:

The client, who was a strong referrer of work to PMC for many years engaged us to purchase him an investment property.  We managed to source an outstanding property with a solid holding income and future development potential.

The property was a large 809sqm lot already on two lots and zoned for re-development for a higher density and almost directly across the road from the Redcliffe Hospital which should only expand in the years to come. Through our relationship with the local agent we were able to inspect the property the first day it came on to the market and secure it prior to the first open for inspection that weekend, for a price under the asking price (due to strong negotiations tactics).  We also managed to negotiate a 60 day settlement term as well as the owners renting the property back for 8 months after settlement.  Our client was very satisfied with the end result.
