Our clients had been looking unsuccessfully for over 3 years. A combination of busy jobs, children and a reasonable level of comfort in the current situation had gotten in the way of getting the job done. The rising market had made things difficult for them to buy into the market when they did see somewhere they liked.
Within 6 weeks we had viewed a number of different properties and were able to secure their dream home with an off market purchase. The house satisfied every one of their specific criteria and was purchased well within their budget. Needless to say they are thrilled with the outcome.
