Our interstate investors were looking for a property within Brisbane’s inner most suburbs. They wanted a strong yield and were open to the opportunity to add value with cosmetic updates. We inspected an apartment pre-market in the heart of New Farm and new this would be an ideal investment if we could secure it for the right price. The sellers wanted to take the apartment to market and so we monitored the campaign up to the auction and were ready to bid on the day. A competitive bidding strategy and holding firm on the day secured our clients this property for a great price. In addition, our team was able to add value to our services by project managing minor repairs post settlement that would improve the overall rental income and subsequently secure a great tenant. Needless to say our investors were thrilled.
