A Successful Investment:
The clients were ex-pats based in China who engaged us to source them an investment property that they would later move into on the Sunshine Coast. After a few months of searching we managed to secure them a property that suited their brief very well. Because the clients were going to rent the property out for a few years before moving back, we also helped them source a suitable tenant prior to settlement. The clients were really happy with the process.
