A Successful Investment:

With the combination of the fact that there were tenants currently in place on a locked lease, this ruled out any owner occupiers who would want to move in before the lease expired. Also, with the Christmas holidays only one week away gave us a chance to negotiate quite hard. With predominantly the number of sales of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with double lock up garages on the Eastern Hill area of Manly all generally in the $2M’s, we secured the property for a superb price and with tenants already in place.
