Our clients were based in the USA with plans to move back to Sydney and looking to purchase their future home.  They had missed out some properties themselves so decided to engage a us on the ground to help them.  We sourced them this perfect off market opportunity which ticked all of their boxes in their preferred area of Manly.  The negotiations were challenging with our clients overseas and the vendors were interstate but we managed to secure it within budget and our clients are very much looking forward to returning to Sydney and starting their new life in their new home.
