A Successful Investment:
The client was a young female doctor based interstate that engaged us to source and secure her an investment property. After a few months of searching we managed to find her an off market opportunity in Keperra which met the criteria of her buyers brief extremely well. We managed to secure the property with a clause in the contract which allowed us to start looking for a tenant prior to settlement which we did and meant the client had a smaller vacancy period prior to settlement.
