A Successful Investment:
The clients were from North Queensland and engaged us to find and secure them an investment property in Brisbane. After several weeks of searching we managed to source them an off market opportunity in a highly sought after location known as Kedron. This property would have been highly sought after in the current market due to its location, land size and proximity to the local schools. The home was also in immaculate condition and had a solid tenancy which had 12 months to run. Our clients flew down after the property was under contract to attend the building and pest inspection and to check the property out for themselves. They were very pleased with everything they saw and happy with the outcome.
