Two doctor clients engaged us to source them an investment property. Very quickly this property in Kedron came to market which we attended the first Saturday open home alongside 28 other groups of buyers. The selling agent received 10 offers and we had our offer accepted as we were able to conduct our building and pest inspection prior to the first open home and didn’t require a finance condition as the clients had pre-approval. Another great property secured for our clients at a great price (we weren’t the highest offer) and went through very smoothly.
