Our client was moving back to Brisbane from northern Queensland and has some very specific criteria and working within a very tight budget. After setting the brief, we started calling all the agents we knew who may have opportunities within the budget and area. We managed to find an off-market property that was 100% in line with the clients brief. We inspected, send them a 360 video walk through video and the clients flew straight down and purchased the property.

The clients moved in with a new baby due almost exactly 1 month later so they were so pleased to be starting their family in their new home.
