The property was secured in a multiple offer scenario with 4 other offers on the table. We have to juggle our client being based overseas (Dubai) and the banks requiring a lengthy period of time to turn their finance approval around due to recent restrictive changes in lending to foreigners.
It was through our relationship with the selling agent that we managed to get our offer across the line over other offers which had far superior terms. Our client was very satisfied with the outcome.
