A Successful Investment:
The client was a busy doctor based in Perth who at the time of us sourcing the property was flying to Greece for a holiday, we were able facilitate the entire acquisition process for them whilst they were in transit and away. The property had good amounts of interest so we got in there before the auction and secured it. The sellers also ended up renting the property back for 3 months after settlement as this provided them flexibility for their next move.
