A Successful Investment:

The property had been on the market for a number of weeks/months with a price guide of  $1,050,000 – $1,100,000 until the selling agent adjusted the price to a more realistic guide of $990,000 – $1,010,000.  Taking advantage of the longevity of the home on the market and the vendors frustrations of selling we undertook our inspection and were in a position to proceed quickly for our client with an immediate exchange below the asking price. Ultimately our client secured an investment with a strong yield, at a below market price and a new interim home for their teenage family and dog.
