Our client was a busy investor based in Melbourne who engaged us to source a property for them in Brisbane. The plan was for him to rent it out for 2-3 years and then eventually move up into the property so it was a dual brief. We managed to source an off market property opportunity in Graceville and got the property under contract fairly swiftly. The existing managing agent secured a tenant for 12 months just before we got involved here so we were able to secure the property an then secured the rental as well as the tenant for 12 months. Our client was over the moon with the result.
