A Successful Investment:

The clients were first time investors.  Initially we ran a dual brief including searching for properties in Newcastle, Redcliffe and Brisbane.  The clients actually made 3 separate trips to all 3 of these areas to conduct their own research.

Whilst our search ended up being predominately focused in Redcliffe, the clients mid-way through the search managed to up their  budget by about 5%.  This was an important step as it meant more opportunities would then present themselves in the Brisbane market.

The eventual property in Everton Park ended up being ideal as the clients had previously been to Brisbane and loved Everton Park’s proximity to the Brisbane CBD (10kms) and its backing of shops as well as the train at Mitchelton and Brookside Shopping Centre.  Another great outcome.
