Our clients were referred to us by a past client. We were engaged to source and secure their first family home. After 2 months of searching we managed to find an ideal home that was nearing the completion of an extensive renovation. We then negotiated a deal off – market which took all the pressure of a conventional on the market property transaction away. We negotiated a slightly longer settlement period giving our clients enough time to move out of their rental and into their new family home. The client were very happy with the outcome!
