The Client had been looking on and off for over 12 months. They decided to engage us to assist them with the negotiations on the property as they were inexperienced with the process . They fell in love with 8 Buick Road, Cromer and didn’t want to miss out on it. Auction guide was $1,200,000 – $1,300,000. 17 Contracts had been issued throughout the campaign and we presented an unconditional contract to the agents after two weeks of the property being on the market. Another offer was submitted from one other contract holder but we were able to secure it under budget. The clients were over the moon with the outcome.
