We came on board after a buyer had become exhausted from repeatedly missing out on properties for him and his family. By the time we entered the process, the sellers had already moved on to another buyer and were in negotiations elsewhere. We were able to resurrect our clients offer and negotiate across the Easter break, revisiting and refining the deal several times to reach a successful outcome.
In the end, we secured the property for our buyers who were thrilled with the result, while the sellers were also very happy with the outcome.
