We were made aware of this property as a pre-market listing.  The vendors was seeking north of our expectations, so we left it at that and let the property come to market.  There was good interest in the property and we ended up in a multiple offer scenario with 2 other bidders.  Although we didn’t have the best price or terms we managed to secure the property by offering the sellers a rent back agreement following settlement.  This was a great result and our client was extremely happy with the outcome.
