An Excellent Investment:
The client was a young busy doctor engaged us to secure him his next residence which would then become an investment property later on. After a few weeks of searching, the client had a change in their working situation (location) so we had to change the focus midway through from the northern suburbs of Brisbane to the southside.
After about a month of searching we managed to track down a pre market listing which we got through and even managed to conduct a building and pest inspection pre the first open home. The first open home had close to 50 groups go through it and the selling agent received 6 offers in a very short space of time. We managed to win the property for our client due to having the best contract terms.
