Six years ago, we had the pleasure of helping some wonderful clients secure a premium 1000m2+ subdividable block in the heart of Tarragindi. Fast forward to today, and they’re embarking on their next chapter by subdividing the block and building their dream home.

Before taking the newly created block to market, they reached out to see if we knew of a buyer who might be the right fit. We were thrilled to connect them with another client, a young local couple specifically looking for land in Tarragindi. The block was secured completely off market, directly from the seller, with no buyer competition.
