The clients who were a busy young professional couple with young kids were introduced to us through their financial advisor. After a number of weeks of searching we managed to source an off market listing which was ideal for their brief and also had an existing good quality tenant in place for another 12 months.

The clients came along to the building/pest inspections to view the property and were very happy with what they saw and with the overall process.
