The house we bought was off market. We inspected it, they arranged a quick building inspection, talked us through pros/cons/comparisons, then we revisited and they negotiated a great result. It was great getting access to “everything” and they provided a tremendous depth of experience and knowledge which means we were never a chance of buying a bad property and they paid for themselves.
