They offered us a concurrent search as we weren’t 100% on the area we wanted and they spent a considerable amount of time with us helping to narrow our brief and evaluate our priorities. Within ten days (!) of signing up with them, we had secured our home!

We had searched on our own for over 8 months, attending and bidding at multiple auctions, always just missing out. Lilli took us through a home that we would never have looked at as it was right at the top of our price range already. 24 hours later, she and Bec and the team at PMC had made all the due diligence happen, and made an offer that was ultimately accepted. There was another buyer who had already made offers, but they weren’t able to get their deposit to the vendor that evening. Lilli drove to our house at 8pm on a Wednesday, and made everything happen.

Regardless of the amazing speed at which they were able to help, we always felt comfortable that they would help us purchase a property that would be great value with features that would hold their own in this market when we want to upgrade. Champagne arrived at our door the next day along with emails/texts of congratulations from leadership.
