Living in the UK and looking to move back to Sydney I wanted to find an apartment that ticks all the boxes. Having looked around for a few years trough the difficult years of the pandemic and missing out on a few (on-line) auctions I decided I needed a buyers agent on my side. That was a good decision.
The time difference with the UK, the open houses, the auctions and the whole real estate game in Australia can be very daunting (I speak from experience here). You have to move fast, and know more than you know!
A local estate agent recommended Andy Layton from PMC Property. Andy is a very kind and approachable young man.
After our initial meeting where he asked all the important questions on what I was looking for, he went to work.
We communicated on Whatsapp, where he created a whole team for me! I can truly say he was never longer than 10 minutes away from my questions or remarks. He sent me video’s of apartments he inspected and always kept an eye on my ‘wishlist’ to see if it was a good place or not. We debriefed after every viewing.
I never felt pressured to like something, or unvalidated in my concerns or impressions.
He eventually found me a wonderful place that was ‘off the market’. He did all the leg work, the homework and the paperwork.
I could not be happier!
