The Perfect Family Getaway Home:

This was the second purchase for our clients as we had already secured them an investment property in Brisbane.  They were now seeking a holiday home for their family at the Sunshine Coast and after their first experience felt they couldn’t do it without PMC’s assistance. 

The criteria was a bit stronger and proximity to the beach was imperative as well as the ability to have multiple families staying in the home.  It took a few months however we then found this property and it ticked all the boxes. 

Our negotiation strategy was to try to secure early in the campaign prior to the auction however as the vendors response from the initial offer was minimal, we held off advancing our offer further so as to not reveal our limits prior to auction.  PMC then bid on behalf of the clients on auction day and secured the property at a great price.  The clients are ecstatic and with 3 children and multiple grand children, this is going to be an amazing holiday home for their family to create some extremely precious memories.
