How this purchase met the client’s brief:

  • North / East facing offering natural light throughout and having ocean views.
  • Large garage with space for four cars, as well as internal access
  • Outdoor spaces with a yard, pool and undercover terrace perfect for all year round
  • Basement area with a gym, workbench and ample storage.


We engaged PMC after spending many months searching for a home and being frustrated by the lack of suitable stock, and with how quickly properties were selling. The PMC team immediately added real value by getting us into multiple properties that were ‘off market’ opportunities, using their industry connections to get early access.

Ultimately this made all the difference for us as we were shown through a wonderful home approximately 2 months before it went to open market. That additional time enabled us to do all of our due diligence, obtain finance, and put us in pole position to start making serious offers as soon as the property was on the market.

The result was that we secured our absolute dream home quickly and well before auction. Having been introduced to the property well in advance, really made all the difference in our case.

I would also say that Matt and Mike and Will from PMC were very ‘hands on’, and were definitely actively searching for us and keeping us appraised of any properties within our price range that might be worth looking at.

Overall an excellent experience. We would still be out there looking for a home right now, if we had not engaged PMC, I have no doubt about that.
