A fully renovated, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse with two undercover car spaces. Easy walking distance to Fairlight beach and Manly Wharf.

Beautiful Townhouse With Water Views:

Our clients appointed us on an Appraise and Negotiate basis. We completed thorough due diligence on the property and provided them with our advice around current market value for the property. We attended the auction without the clients and had a clear upper limit set. The auction kicked off and we sat back to watch bidders kick off the auction from a low level… the auction eventually stalled and we were asked if we were going to bid, to which we asked if the property was “on the market”? The agent went upstairs to the vendor and came back to declare that the property was now on the market. At this point we entered the bidding with confidence and came back over the top of every bid from here on immediately. As two other buyers started to slow and consider their position we were getting close to our authorised upper limit. We then firmly responded to another bid with our max limit with a straight face and from a position of confidence that we would continue (when we couldn’t) and the auction finally dropped the gavel. A nerve racking moment for us and nothing but euphoria for our clients when we called and told them the news.
