Our clients appointed us on an Appraise and Negotiate basis. We completed thorough due diligence and provided them with our advice around current market value for the property.

We attended the auction without the clients and had a clear upper limit set. We entered the bidding with confidence and came back over the top of every bid. As two other buyers started to slow and consider their position we were getting close to our authorised upper limit. We then firmly responded to another bid with our max limit with a straight face and from a position of confidence that we would continue (when we couldn’t) and the auctioneer finally dropped the gavel. A nerve racking moment for us and nothing but euphoria for our clients when we called and told them the news.
