An excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom low maintenance investment within a couple of hundred meter walk to Manly Wharf. The apartment was recently updated and benefits from a huge lock up garage and storage which is rare for the location.
A Successful Investment:
Our client lives in Newcastle and works in the medical field so he is time poor when it comes to sourcing a quality asset. We remained patient throughout our search period and eventually identified an excellent investment grade apartment in Manly. Due to our agent contacts, we were able to inspect the property whilst the agent was getting photos done. This enabled us to complete our Due Diligence prior to the property being launched on the open market. We then secured the property for a great price within the first week of the campaign. Our Property Management team then secured a tenant at $900/week rent with less then 1 weeks vacancy post settlement. A great outcome all round for our client.
