A Solid Investment:
Our client engaged with us to source an investment grade property in Manly with a solid rental return. Given budget restrictions, we had been looking for a one bedroom apartment. We were presented with an opportunity for a two bedroom apartment that ticked a lot of boxes in an A grade location. We were given an opportunity to inspect the property, whilst they were preparing the property for sale. We completed all our due diligence within 24 hours and put our client in a position to purchase the property. We commenced negotiations and secured the property within a few days of inspection at a price well below market value.
