A blue chip, 2 bedroom apartment with a lock up garage within a small boutique complex. The property had harbour views and was a very easily walk to Manly Wharf.
A Top Quality Investment:
Our clients had been posted to Shanghai for work for a period of up to 5 years and were looking to secure a blue chip investment in Sydney so they remained in the market whilst they were away. Given their tight budget for their brief, we actually missed a couple of properties that we tried to secure for our client as they went above the upper limit we set for our clients. Eventually we came across an excellent 2 bedroom apartment on the edge of Manly and Fairlight that ticked all of the boxes for our client. Post settlement they secured tenants at an above average yield for a 2 bedroom apartment in this location with virtually no vacancy. Well worth the wait (and patience on our clients behalf).
