Our clients were looking to make a move and “downsize” after 20 years in their home. They love to cook, so high on their list was a big kitchen, along with a nice, private outlook, in a convenient location. Taking all of this into account, we hunted down suitable opportunities, and found them their dream property, off market, right in the heart of Fairlight; a renovated split level 250m2 penthouse with views over Manly Harbour and a large open plan kitchen bathed in Northerly light.
