A Fabulous First Home:
Our client was a young professional, looking to secure her first home/property. She was living in Bronte and exploring the option of moving north to be closer to her friends and family.
This excellent, one bedroom apartment was identified and we moved quickly to secure the property at what we believed to be a discount to market in a period where there was quite a bit of uncertainty around the Coronavirus. Our client was over the moon with the outcome and was very excited to be making the move to Fairlight.
