Best decision we ever made.

My wife and I had been looking around the Northern Beaches for a few months to understand the market. We both work in sales related roles and knew that we needed an edge if we were to find the right property at a reasonable price. Our mortgage broker recommended PMC .We’d also asked multiple sellers agents over a couple of months and heard PMC come up multiple times as tenacious operators who sellers agents rated highly

Armed with these recommendations we contacted PMC and started our journey Mike and Matt.They drew out of us what was important to us, and helped us clarify what was really important vs “just nice to have”. The process they used was very well thought out, clearly designed to work through the emotions that inevitably arise, and further to put people in a position to make fast decisions confidently without regrets. They coached us through the process which gave us real confidence when it mattered most.

We ended up looking a couple of properties in different suburbs as we honed in what we wanted and what was possible within our budget. The house we ended up buying was one we thought might have been outside of our budget. However, thanks to Mike and Matt’s knowledge & experience, of sellers agents we were able to secure the property after some negotiations against a couple of other buyers.

Their understanding of how the seller’s agent worked, what was going on in the market, how to construct a compelling offer to the seller, and years of experience in negotiating property deals were instrumental in helping us secure the property prior to auction.

Looking back we are both certain that there’s no way we could have secured the property without their help. Everything was taken care of for us – they managed all the communications with our lawyer and the sellers agent to ensure that all the boxes were ticked and the deal got done with minimal fuss and effort on our part. The after sale support with the team was great.
