Having a double lock up garage is quite unique in an area where off street parking is rare, so this was an added bonus, as was the basement level rumpus room.

Our client had been searching for a property for almost a year when we met him. Looking for a new family home, close to the inner city and/or the beach. However he specifically did not a strata title property. Budget limitations and changing bank requirements was making things difficult.
