PMC Property Buyers helped me purchase a new property recently. It was the first time I have used a buyers agent but definitely will not be the last! The team helped prepare a brief, which provided a very clear picture on the type, location and budget of what I was looking for. This dramatically refined all of the confusion I’ve felt when trying to make a property purchase previously, narrowing the search to something very specific. They then went about finding the exact right fit for me. This meant that I did not need to spend the entire day of every weekend traipsing from one property to the next because the team only presented me with property’s that specifically met the brief. It was a far more strategic approach which saved me a tremendous amount of time in comparison to previous purchases I have made. Then when we found the right property, they had all the documentation prepared and ready to present a very compelling offer on the same day, and this secured the property right there and then. A no nonsense, precise approach which eliminated all of the typical (very annoying) blind negotiations. They also prepared a thorough valuation ahead of the offer, which meant I knew I was not paying more than I should for the property based on recent sales data. This even included speaking to other owners at the location.
