We can’t recommend Mike and Matt highly enough. We were initially confident that we could find a suitable property ourselves, but after a few months of unsuccessfully looking in a rising market with a slightly unusual brief we realised that we needed help.

Given their breadth of expertise in the local market and excellent reputation with local agents, Mike and Matt were quickly able to advise on a property’s market value and the best approach to securing it. It was also great to have their independent opinion on occasion when we got excited about properties that really didn’t fit the brief! In the end when we found the one, they did everything to secure it for us. Not only did they cover all of the paperwork and due diligence, but importantly they made absolutely sure that we were successful in purchasing the property, and at the right price.
