Originally from Europe and located in Sydney – our lovely first home buyer was determined to find a light-filled low-maintenance home with some nice outdoor green space to enjoy. However, being a busy professional, having never bought before and located in Sydney, she knew that she needed a buyer’s agent. After speaking with several she soon realised that PMC was the right fit. We managed to secure her a boutique villa in a self-managed complex of just three, privately set away from the street and just a short walk to Adamstown’s main shopping and cafe strip, plus within close proximity to the train station so that she’s able to commute to Sydney for work.
